Becca Milani Hair's Policy

We kindly ask you to review and acknowledge the following conditions before booking your appointment

Late & Cancellation

 Cancellations and No-shows are subject to a $50-$100 cancellation fee, which varies depending on the service you have booked. We understand that things can come up, so please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any fees.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and a late fee of $50 may be charged. Our team will do their best to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high level of service for all of our clients.

Refunds

 

At Becca Milani Hair, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible hair services. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please note that we do not offer refunds for our services, as time, energy, and products have already been used to perform the service.

That said, we are committed to ensuring that our clients are satisfied with their hair results. If there is an issue within reason, we offer a price adjustment and discounts on future services within four days of the original service. We take pride in our work and want to make sure that our clients leave our salon feeling happy and confident with their new look.

As an independent stylist and business owner, this policy is in place to ensure the success and well-being of our business, while also prioritizing the satisfaction of our clients. Thank you for choosing Becca Milani Hair, and we look forward to providing you with exceptional hair services.

Payment

 

  • We accept cash, debit and credit card payments. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interact)
  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • A deposit may be required for appointments that require an extended amount of time, such as color corrections or lightening services.
  • In the event that a payment is declined, we reserve the right to request an alternate form of payment before rescheduling any future appointments.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices at the time of booking your appointment or during our consultation.
  • Gift cards must be redeemed with  Becca only.
  • We do not offer refunds for gift cards or services. However, adjustments to the service may be made within four days of the original appointment if there is an issue within reason.

Parking

 

  • Street parking is available right outside the salon at a fee $1/hour
  • By paying coin (2hrs) first, then by phone app "pay by phone" (2hrs)= 4 hrs of parking
  • Clients must read and comply with all parking signs and regulations
  • Adhere to any posted time restrictions
  • We are not responsible for parking violations 
  • Ticketing and towing expenses are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner
  • Ensure the security of parked vehicles by locking doors and avoiding leaving valuables in sight
  • By using street parking, clients agree to abide by this policy





Consultation

 

At Becca Milani Hair, we believe that a thorough consultation is essential to achieving your desired hair goals. Therefore, we require all new clients to contact for a consultation prior to any color or chemical services.

During the consultation, we will discuss your hair history, desired outcome, and assess the current condition of your hair. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and for us to provide recommendations and discuss any limitations.


If you are an existing client and have not had a service in six months or longer, we may require a consultation prior to booking your appointment to ensure that we are aware of any changes in your hair and desired outcome.


We value open communication and want to ensure that we provide the best service possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in following our consultation policy.
